60 minutes of power vinyasa yoga suitable for all levels, with modifications provided for both the first time yogi as well as the more advanced. Through each powerful flow sequence we will work on aspects of both mobility and strength, and leave you feeling invigorated and inspired. Hot yoga? – no, but don’t be surprised if you break a sweat. Come ready for movement, music, connection and fun!
What to bring:
We suggest bringing a yoga mat, towel and water and wear comfortable clothes so you can sweat and move freely. We will have extra mats on hand in case you forget.
