YOU WILL GET SWEATY AND YOU WILL HAVE FUN
You’ll be participating in small group classes that utilize our signature strength training methodology, focusing laying a solid foundation for movement with bodyweight exercises and light weight implements. Through this experience you’ll learn the basics as we emphasize proper technique; and you’ll get a kick ass workout too.
What to Expect
Each session a coach will teach and demonstrate the basic movements patterns that comprise the foundation of classic strength training, as well as review range of motion and various progressions to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a challenging workout tailored to your fitness level. You will get sweaty, develop competency in a variety of challenging movements, attain improved levels of conditioning, and will have fun. This course is about create possibility through movement: once you reach its conclusion you will be ready to graduate to more advanced small group training, for dedicated private coaching or to enroll in one of our classes.
No prior experience required, this is great for beginners wanting to learn and progress.
